Mission Statement

Thrive’s mission is to help men and women find and embrace their identity and destiny from their Heavenly Father, as they experience the power and presence of God. Transformation occurs through the application of God’s Word, the moving of Spirit and relational peer ministry.

Values

• Create a safe place, to face challenging messages

• Messages that are cutting edge of what God is introducing to the church

• Creative worship that pursues the presence of God

• Encourage the moving of Spirit (prophetic, healing, affirmation)

• Transparency/Authenticity  (Environments that produce honesty and openness)

• Wholeness – physical, emotional, financial, etc

• Small group settings where participants can share openly and be affirmed in identity and destiny

• Equipping of the local church leaders to succeed in marriage, women, and men ministry within their church after Thrive events

• Unity in Christ though diverse churches, from unique backgrounds
